Refund & Return Policy

At Rangwish, every product is handmade with care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair policy.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos/videos.

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only if:

    • The product is damaged during transit

    • A wrong product was delivered

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized orders

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability

  • Slight variations in color/design due to handmade nature

Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at sales@rangwish.com within 48 hours with unboxing photos/videos.

  • Without proof, we will not be able to process claims.
